WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT(S) BUT IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

In this case, we strongly recommend you contact our customer support team, by creating a ticket or sending us a message through our fanpages.

In this case, unfortunately refund will not be applied, but you may exchange that product for another one. You can choose one item with the same/lower prices (excess amount paid will not be refunded) or you can pay for extra to get higher priced item.

Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

After that, please return your current order and let us know the tracking number stated on the shipping label provided by the postal service/ carrier as reference. Please feel free to find out the Return Conditions HERE.

Unless you hand the goods over in our store, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Once we receive your return package, we will send you the new item as you wish.
