WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If you have received a damaged/defective product, we would recommend you to contact our customer service team, by creating a ticket or sending us a message through our fanpages.

Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

If your order is still under our 30-day warranty, we will replace the damaged or defective item(s) for free. If it's out of our warranty period, extra fee will be charged depending on the situations.
